Really sharp knives and a pepper grinder that produces a consistently fine grind. I don't own either right now! :grumble:0

I'm stumped on the second because I use a lot of stuff everyday. I'm gonna go with stand mixer.0 -
I finally got a nice knife block...I love it and I don't know what I'd do without it! That and probably unfortunately the microwave.0

My nonstick titanium pan- was super expensive ($350) but NOTHING will stick to it. Great for cooking with no butter or oil.

Fridge and Stove obviously, but If I had to pick 2 others would be my Blender, and Non-Stick egg skillet.0
