I'm here to lose my last 20 pounds. I've had tracking devices before but I feel like this is user friendly. I'm 150 pounds, gained 10 pounds back from September and my goal is 130. I hired a trainer and really going to try to eat 1200 calories a day with going to the gym. I have no self control. Do you have any snacks that are fulfilling and low in calorie that you can share?

    Special K fruit crisps, any of the 100 calorie cookie packs, frozen yogurt with raspberries, lite laughing cow cheese w/ reduced fat triscuits...just a few

  • I like to eat green grapes and raw carrots. I always feel better after eating raw foods and they are better for you. Everyone likes junk food once in awhile but I find it makes me sluggish and tired. When I eat right I feel better.
