This is seriously delish:
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
1 Cup Milk (I use unsweetened Almond Milk)
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries (or however much you desire)
1 Tablespoon Pistachio pudding mix
Ice
Blend
Enjoy!

It depends on what products you use.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk is 40 calories
My vanilla whey was 100 calories (I used Jillian Michaels vanilla whey I do NOT recommend it..it's disgusting)
Jell-O - Dry Instant Pudding Mix, Pistachio, 1 Tbsp is 45 Calories
1/2 cup blueberries was 40 calories.
So mine was 225 calories. Makes a pretty decent portion and very very filling.0 -
