Vegetarian - Low Carb, Low Calories, High Protein Recipes

Hello :)

Im new to myfitnesspal and LOVING IT! The barcode scanner and prepopulated information is amazing. I didnt realise how many calories my "healthy" food actually contained.

I'm a vegetarian and looking for some good recipes that are low carb, low calories and high in protein.
I eat eggs, milk and cheese (not vegan!).
