I'm thinking "Rocky Horror Picture Show" and "Office Space" for best cult films. Some of the movies being listed are great movies, but *NOT* a "cult" film. Most of these are actually mainstream films that were box office hits.

Box office hits =/= "cult film"

How about a bit of clarification:

Cult films? (not sure what this means exactly, sorry!)

Damn I was hoping this was an indie film section...

Check my post above. Cult films are often indie flix, but not necessarily so.

I can't believe Better Off Dead isn't getting more love. That movie is great! I want my two dollars!

I forgot to list The Gods Must Be Crazy. Another great movie.

"Abraham Lincoln vs. Zombies" was awesome!

Pay no mind to IMDB. It was way better than 3.1/10

Favorites: "The Big Lebowski", "Clerks", "Donnie Darko", "Faster, *****cat! Kill! Kill!", "Fight Club", "Harold and Maude", "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", "Night of the Living Dead", "Office Space", "Resevoir Dogs", "The Road Warrior", "Taxi Driver", "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", "The Thing", and "The Toxic Avenger".

Favorite? Probably go with Fight Club.

While I agree with you, you shouldn't talk about this. I think it is a rule......

My vote is Evil Dead. Or 2. Or Army of Darkness.

Quentin Tarantino's _____________________ (fill in the blank - Pulp Fiction is the first)
    Rocky Horror Picture Show
    West Side Story

Funny thing is, I usually don't like musicals.

    The Princess Bride, definitely!

I actually read the book too, and maybe it helped that the author also wrote the screen play, but it was one of those rare cases where the movie is just as good as the book.
