    You look great! It is hard to see if for yourself, I know. But there is a big difference! I have lost just over 100 pounds,and I cant really see it either. But you are doing great! Keep it up!

    Your doing an amazing job. I Can really tell the different. I'm sure you can tell a diffenence in the way for feel. I know with myself the bigger you are the more weight it takes for other people to notice and comment. But also if your like me if I was not losing weight I would probably be gaining more, so losing 76 pound is more like losing 86 pounds because I would have gain more during the time you been dieting.
