Has anyone ever tried it? I spemt $10 on a can of this tea last night, its supposed to aid in weight loss.. It makes no frilly promises, but says it helps w sweet cravings and such...
I'll comment again once I've had a cup (after my coffee) tehehehe
But I'm not hungry this morning anyways... Hopefully it'll help w lunch?

LOVE IT!
It is naturally 'sweeter' then other teas.
All tea's have some perks & benefits, green tea being the most known.0 -
I might add Starbucks makes a wicked "Vanilla Rooibos Tea Latte" - which is a very special treat, just make sure you get it "Skinny" (and I usually ask for a splenda to replace the simple syrup)0

I've never heard any claims that it does anything for weight loss (which i doubt it does) but I love Rooibos teas. It has no caffeine and even though it's good alone there are some great flavours too.0

I have my tea steeping
Gonna drink a cup before lunch , Hope it helps

It certainly didn't help me from eating a usual size lunch.. a bit too much cinnamon (which I hate anyways) but otherwise a nice tea0

Have the tea in loose leaf. Unfortunately its so tiny goes thru my tea strainer. I heard was good for fighting bad stuff like cancer, etc. Never heard anything bout weight loss. Only oolong and some really expensive tea is suppose to help. Oolong I love but don't think it helps me.
I am a tea drinker. Rarely drink coffee. And I like my teas and coffee black. If I have to add stuff to a tea to make it palatable I don't drink it. I even like chai tea black. I know am a weirdo.
Ok off to try this new tea from whole foods!
Enjoy!0 -
Drinking a cup right now just because it tastes good and I'm cold.0

I even like chai tea black.
I drink all tea black, love Chai and I found a chocolate Chai that is to die for!0 -
