    You look great. What did u see that worked best? I am trying to get down to 140 but it's taking for ever it seem I know weigh don't just fall off but what helped u? Like what work outs u find the most helpful and what foods did you find the u no longer can have?

    I ask this because I am having hard time with sweets. Eating out is not so much and fried food. It so much. I try to do something like cleaning or walking daily to help. I have 60 pounds to lose don't see much to your lost which is what my weigh is right now.
