    I started yesterday and determined to truly do it this time. Last time I ummm started I did it for 3 days. I am adding it to my regular workouts as well to give me a boost. Fabulous job!

    Fantastic! I can't wait to do it again. I only got through 15 times before having surgery :(

    WOW!! You look great!! I just started the video again on Wednesday! I just did a weigh-in, measurements and pictures today. Then I am not going to do any of it until I am done either.
  • Amazing!! What other cardio were you doing too? I just started the 30DS for the second time and am insanely sore despite having done this once before!! I'm thinking I'd like to throw some extra cardio in there too. I usually jog 3km 3-5 days per week so I'm hoping to keep that up along with the shred but trying to decide what to do on the other days. Your results are inspiring!

    Thank you all for the kind words! I agree - I had awesome results! Hard work and dedication certainly does pay off.

    The other cardio I did along with it including walking and running. I felt that the 24 minutes it took to do the 30DS wasn't enough and would jump on my treadmill afterwards for either a 3 mile walk or a mile walk and 2-3 mile run.

    I am starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow. Hoping to see some more results! Hard to believe that 17 months ago I had a c-section and weighed 252 pounds. Here's to getting to my goal! Thanks again everybody!!
  • Awesome :) well that's what I've done too for two of the three days I've been doing the shred :) I'm going to try to keep them both up the next 27 more days and hoping for even half of those results!
