BEFORE TO NOW - 13 LBS DOWN!

Hey, All! I have not been on this site for very long.. only since 8/15/2012. My ultimate goal weight is to hit 140 pounds. My starting weight on 8/15/12 was 195 lbs, and I am now currently at about 182 (I have not weighed in in a week). My 26th birthday is on 4/30/2013, and I am driven to hit my goal weight of 140 by then! I hope I can do this! Here's a picture of me before I started MFP, and also a picture of me as of this morning! I cannot believe I can actually see a difference after only 13 pounds lost. I have been working out 5-6 days per week, and I am so excited that I can acutally notice a change. I just bought a size 12 jeans yesterday (from a 14) at American Eagle. I am stoked! To everyone on here who are driven to make healthy changes in your life, kudos to you! :):):)

    You are doing something right! My clothes are fitting looser, but I haven't lost any sizes yet.
