Today is the anniversary of my surgery date . . . . and I feel MARVELOUS! I've lost 100.2 lbs and could not be happier! :blushing:

    Well done...you look amazing. I have lost 107 pounds since January without gastric banding. I would be scared of going to that extreme.

    WAY TO GO! Don't you feel like a new person? I think people have the misconception that WLS changes everything, but it's only a tool to help. I had a lap band several years ago and I actually gained weight after surgery. It's only been since I've really dedicated myself to being active & eating well that I've been able to use WLS as an aid. Huge congrats on your loss!!!
