    Pics in profile. Unfortunately mine are almost the same. :( After 98 lb loss, I've lost most of my hips & *kitten* & I'm waiting for my waist to go down. I have dropped 5 jean sizes though.

    My ratio is 0.74 (31.5 waist and 42.5 hips), and it says I'm low risk (Yay!!!!!!). Pics are in my profile, but I will be uploading a more recent one soon :-)

    don't know how to post pics either, but mine is .76. 28" waist and 37" hips. Really hoping to lose some inches in both places.

    So does this mean that if you're over 0.7 or so, you're unhealthy? Can you lower your ratio by lowering body fat percentage? I'm 4'11", waist 27 and hips 32 (puts me at 0.84) I'm 103 lbs, with absolutely no natural waist and very narrow hips, haha......

    .85 ... moderate/high risk I guess... but I'm fit. If I had only one pound of fat on my body it would be stationed right around my waistline *sigh*... 33" waist; 39" hips, 37" bust. I'm built like a refrigerator :laugh:
