NSV...I think?

So I have been following MFP religiously for 3 weeks and had my first real cheat day today. I ate a decent breakfast for for the rest of the day I had whatever I wanted and by the end of the day, I felt like total crap!! My head is pounding and my stomach hurts. As bad as this sounds, I kind of consider it an NSV because it means my body has become accustom to healthy food and eating unhealthy makes me sick. This is going to make it a lot easier to stick to my healthy diet!
Is it weird that I consider that an NSV?

That's awesome! Well not the part about you feeling sick, but it is great that your body has become so used to eating healthy food that it doesn't want the unhealthy stuff anymore. I hope I can get to that point soon!0

Good for you! I'm afraid I would've used the cheat as an excuse to keep cheating.0
