Do they mean glasses or legitimate cups (250mL)?

    They mean cups. Easy as that.

    8oz = 1 cup = 250ml

    Easily done with 20oz bottles, i am now up to drinking 100oz of water a day. Not counting the water in the fruits and veggies that i eat.
