Hope this help me be accountable and get the weight off once and for all!! I would like to lose 20 pounds by my birthday, May 29th. I know I can do it! I just need to remember that I can do it when I'm feeling tired, hungry, and bored. Reading all the blogs helps to get me inspired. Thanks for that!

    I'm doing the Jillian Michael 30 day shred. It's only about 20 minutes and it's a kick but workout. There are 3 levels so you can work your way up! Good luck!
