Hi everyone! I joined myfitnesspal a few months ago but just started using it a couple of days ago. I'm looking to lose about 30 lbs and would love the support! I'd love to support all of you as well! So add me as a friend!

    Hey! I changed my diet in June after being diagnosed with diabetes ;( Since then I've lost 25kg (55lbs) which is far mroe than my specialist adn I expected in that time frame - feeling great! My weight is still creeping down, I dont have a specific goal weight as such, just want to continue to eat really healthy and see where it takes me :)
