As I lose weight should I be recalculating my bmr etc? Or should I be using my original weight for calculating calorie consumption?

Yes! Every 10 pounds I go in and recalculate my settings. I went from 229 to 217 and it dropped about 60 calories. If you don't want to change your calories in, try adding more exercise to burn an extra 50 calories! :-)
Good luck!!!!0 -
Every 10lbs, MFP gives me the option of updating my calories. I do change them, and then exercise more so I can still eat more lol0
