Hey guys!!! 
Just wondering about the Hip Hop Abs DVDs. I saw the infomercial on teve yesterday and it got me thinking about it!
Anybody got results or know of anybody?
It looks so much fun which is why I think I'd enjoy it and I love dancing. (:

Hi there is another young lady who made a great transformation between September 3rd and Octobe 31st. Go to the search bar and type Hip Hop Abs and it will come up, if I find it I will post the link for you. I started it this week and it is so much fun.

yes it does!!! do it consistently and you should see a real difference within about a week and a half.0
