    Great job! Congrats not only on your weight loss but the life lessons you have learned along the way. Those are very important! This process is a marathon-not a sprint. Life long changes are the key to success. It's not about beating ourselves up over every short coming it is about learning from our mistakes and continuing on. Again, great job!!!
