You'd be pretty if you weren't heavy!

I really hate it when I lose my white friends in the snow.....\m/
Major hazard up here.0 -

"And I'm like" "And he's all" Used to describe what someone is saying in a conversation.
Or another favorite abuse of the word "like". "I'm like famished." Are ya "like famished", or are ya famished.
Oh and while we're at it, the recent over and improper use of the word "literally". As in "I've literally seen this a million times". I somehow doubt that...0 -
no offense, but haters on this site need to continue their journey and not wine so much...
I love wine, but I dislike grammatical errors. It’s like fingernails dragging down a chalkboard—but through my eyes.0 -
"Howdy folks"
1. No intelligent person--ever--started off a greeting that way.
2. I'm not a relative of yours and there is nothing common about me.0 -
Used to be "my bad", but the my boys have moved on from that saying, but guess who said it just the other day? their 71yo grandma!!!! WTH? We had to tell her that was old school.0

"On you/his/her/our plate." My old office was full of this like four or five times a day. "Steve can't do that, he's got too much on his plate. Oh what's on your plate today?" NOTHING. Nothing is on my plate. You now why? Because I'm at work, in a f**king office, not at a buffet.0

Spaces before punctuation marks. Why does it seem so many people do that? Is it a thing I haven't heard about?0

BFF or bestie from anyone over the age of 21...
^^^^^ AGREED!!0 -
"Epic"
Anyone over the age of 16 who says "epic" makes me cringe. Yes, you too Katy Perry.
Totally passe, after all what once was epic is now legendary
Tom Cruise ruined the word "legend" in all of its forms for me sometime in the 80's with that ridiculous movie...0 -
Butt hurt0
-
I can't stand..."True That!" :grumble:0
-
"Just sayin'"
I feel like people use it as a "Get out of Being a Total Jerk" card. Nope, you're still a jerk even if you say "Just sayin'"
I also don't like the words "trifecta" and "oftentimes". But I have no idea why!0 -

But I love wine. The whiners however can suck it up0 -
On American Idol or The Voice - "You really 'made it your own'"....ugh!0
-
'I'm not trying to be rude, but....'
And
'Don't take offense, but....'
Really?!?! If you have to premise a sentence with either of those two lines seriously reconsider what it is you are about to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
"Whatever" My sisters say this to me daily! Drives me up the wall!0

BFF or bestie from anyone over the age of 21...
^^This!!
Along with "That awkward moment when..." what exactly does that mean? The other one I really dislike is "My bad." When I was a kid/teenager I said "sorry...my mistake" or something along those lines. "My bad" is plain awful!0 -
Oh and 'totes' and 'amazeballs'
I want to punch people when they say these things!0 -
"Preggo" So glad I'm not pregnant nor do I have any pregnant friends right now to have to hear that word!0
-
"Just the tip."
I just died.
I'm dead.0 -
"It is what it is."
I just really hate when people say this because NO, it isn't what it is. You can change anything if would stop being such a stubborn *kitten*. :explode:0 -
Oh and 'totes' and 'amazeballs'
I want to punch people when they say these things!
Presh...that's another one I dislike seeing. And I see it all the time on twitter...combined with totes. *GAG*0 -
When people use "literally" incorrectly.
"I literally died laughing."
No, you're literally using "literally" wrong.0 -

Hey! I say epic! LOL...generally referring to "that boss was totally epic!" but yea I think my buddies would want to know who I was and what had happened to the real me if I stopped saying that0 -
"i('ve) got you"
:grumble:
if you "got" me then why do I have to explain it AGAIN, in full painstaking detail to you.... argh, my hubby says this ALL THE TIME AND I JUST WANT TO KNOCK HIS TEETH OUT every single time!
going back to my grouchy corner0 -
And the least reassuring thing to say to someone ever has got to be: "Everything happens for a reason."0
