Peanut Butter & Chocolate Ice Cream!!!!
If you haven't already heard of this frozen treat...Here's a sweet low cal pb/banana ice cream that we all can enjoy!!!
1 or 2 FROZEN bananas - (must be frozen...not thawed, nor cold and not to ripe...perfect yellow)
1 tsp of creamy Peanut butter (I prefer natural or lite)
1/2 tsp of coca powder (dark or chocolate) - I prefer nutella extra 40 cal
Combine all the above ingredients into a blender, serve immediately.
*You can also add fresh berries on top with some lite cool whip!
Low cal favorite of mine
Enjoy!

The calories and carb count will vary depending on the size of the Banana! See below!
My total calories/carb intake is based on an average size banana=177 calories w/cocoa (32 Carbs) or 200 calories w/nutella (39 carbs)
FYI- I never use a full tbsp- I go for teaspoons
Below are a list of calories/carb count for the banana.
Calories:
•72 calories in 1 extra small size banana (less than 6 inches long)
•90 calories in 1 small banana (6 inch)
•105 calories in 1 average banana (7 inch)
•125 calories in 1 medium to large banana (8 to 9 inch)
•135 calories in 1 very large ripened banana (over 9 inch)
Carb intake:
•35 carbs in one extra large banana (over 9" long)
•31 carbs in one large banana (8" to 9" long)
•27 carbs in one medium banana (7" to 8" long)
•23 carbs in one small banana (6" long)
•19 carbs in one extra small banana (less than 6" long
Add in:
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder =12 calories/2 carbs... or...1Tbsp of Nutella = 100 cal/11.5 carbs
1tbsp of Reduced fat PB=97 cal/7carbs (you can always use less than a tbsp) = your daily intake
Quick tip:
• Peel your bananas first.
• Cut them into small pieces.
• Freeze for just 1-2 hours on a plate.
•Add PB, cocoa or nutella and blend, blend, blend - scraping down the bowl when they stick.

No liquid?
Nope! Full flavor and this recipe does not require an ice cream maker. If you add liquid (milk), then you will need an ice cream maker.
Hope this makes sense! Enjoy0 -
Ice cream has milk?
Not this kind I promise if you follow the directions. You will not be disappointed Enjoy!0
