I'm 5'9" and weight 145 (give or take a few pounds, I fluctuate a lot especially if I eat high amounts of sodium). I was 138 for my wedding last October and losing those 7 pounds was hard as hell. I'm much more comfortable at 145! I eat healthy/normal and work out almost daily. Size 6. Maintained this weight for 14 years now. Was a size 16+ as a young adult.
Good luck ladies!0 -
Im 5'9 as well. My goal is to be at 180, truthfully Im going to throw a party when that scale says under 200! my trainer says i should be 150, but once i make it to 180 ill see how i look and feel. I know workig out causes a weight gain but i just want to be able to look in the mirror and be proud! a bikini would be nice too.0

I'm 5'9. Current 122. Goal 132. I have a small frame so I don't look too thin, I just want to gain weight to be a little curvier. Curvier with a lot of muscle I mean. Already rocking the 6 pack, continually working on bulking the behind0

Im 5"9 1/2. My lowest was 155.4 and I was told I was to skinny buy almost everyone I worked with. I think my goal this time will end up being around 170ish. Before I was scrony. I want to be strong!!! I was a size 8-10. SO hopefully i'll be that size again.0

My Best friend is just over 5'9. she is trying to get UP TO 125. she is 24 years old.0

I'm 5'9" and my original goal weight was 140 pounds but I passed that and ended up at 115.
I'm gaining some back (on purpose, yes - want some muscle!) and am now at 122 and it looks good. I'd still like more muscle so I am not worried at all about the scale now, except to hopefully make it go up!
I think what weight looks good on you varies from person to person and has a LOT to do with how much muscle you plan on having.0 -
5'9 here! I would like to be 175 !0

I am 5'9 and my goal as of now is 160. Once I get there, I will then determine if I want to go lower, maybe to 150 or 145...0

I'm 5'9
Currently 163. Just started logging and working out after a few months of falling off the wagon. Already down 3 lbs but I won't update until next Monday. When I first began my journey last year I got down to 153. I would like to maintain between 145-148.0 -
If it helps, I'm 5'8" and my goal weight is 155...which was my approximate weight in my profile photo. I carry more weight in my thighs and hips and about none in my chest. I'm going to assume that if you're busty you'd need more weight or you'd look like a Barbie Doll Wannabe.0

I'm 5'9" and I am shooting for 165, which would put me at a size 12/14. I know from experience that with my frame, that's about as low as I can/should go, and it puts me happily in the normal range.0

I'm 5'9 1/2, and I thought I looked good around 180 in high school. My body composition has changed due to strength training. My goal is around 175-180. When I was lower than that people said I looked anorexic in my face.0

i'm 5'8" and am currently 143. i used to maintain between 137-139, but went up to 144-146 last winter. my goal is to get back to and maintain 137-139.0
