What do you eat for snacks? I typically will eat some sort of fruit, but sometimes I just need something that will stick and fill me up so I don't turn to the candy bar!!

    An ounce of good cheese
    Nuts
Carrot or celery sticks (with some kind of protein)
    Jerky or leftover meat
    Boiled eggs
Green smoothie including some kind of protein/fat (light on the fruit)

I usually add something with my fruit when I eat snacks. I'm diabetic, and having the sugar alone sort of drives my system crazy if I should put of eating for a while. I also use protein or veggies. Handful of nuts (100 cal snack packs are great because they're premeasured), 8oz. of almond milk (previously FF or 2%) celery with a bit of natural peanut butter, carrot sticks, sliced up cucumber. I used to use cheese (my doctor has me off dairy for a while) or milk. Today I had a cup of plain oatmeal with 1tbs. of Truvia and a shake or two of nutmeg.
