I have lost 46.5lbs and 44 inches going gym, I have not long been using htis app and i love it. want to loose at least another 15 lbs. Before picture August 2010. After picture september 2012 xxx

I went to an all ladies gym. its a 30 minute circuit and i did that about 4-5 times a week xx0
