What should be on my grocery list?

I need to go grocery shopping. I'm craving some new flavors to get out of my oatmeal and salad rut, but I can't eat wheat, corn, or dairy. Suggestions?

Sweet mini peppers for snacking. Make your own soup or croc pot meals with chicken and beans lots of veggies. Go to the produce section and get something that you have never had before.

PB2 is my new favorite thing. Mix it with water and slather it on a banana. Yum!

My stand-bys are sweet potatoes, avocados, popcorn, dry beans, and bananas. :)

Sugar snap peas, baby carrots, almonds, black beans, butternut squash - these are all staples that I try to have at all times.

    Greek Yogurt!

Oops! Sorry. You don't eat dairy. Never mind.

Rutabaga is good boiled then mashed like potatoes and sprinkled with a bit of nutmeg.
Or cubed and roasted in the oven for 30-ish minutes and sprinkled with herbs.
Or steamed cubes added to couscous for a nice salad.
Or mashed and topped with sauteed onions.

    Go for it.
