Chicken Jerky

Has anyone ever made and/or had Chicken Jerky? I have a dehydrator that I've made venison jerky in and turkey jerky in. I would love to make chicken jerky just because it's even lower calorie then both venison and turkey. However, I'm a bit hesitant because I've never had it or even seen it for that matter. I don't want to make a bunch then have it be too disgusting to eat.

    Made it. Tastes great. A bit more "dense" than beef jerky. Froze the breasts for easier cutting (use electric meat slicer.)
    Marinaded over-nite.
    Recipe: 1/4 cup pineapple juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp minced onion
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1 bay leaf (I think I used ground cause I had some)
    1 lb chicken strips
