Share why you work out....
For me: I want to be self sufficient. I want to be able to install and remove the air conditioners without waiting for anyone else. And I really don't want a repeat of yesterday when the pin that I needed to pull on the bench at the gym to adjust the bench was stuck and I had to ask a guy to pull it for me.

I like the way I feel after a good work out. I work out early in the morning and it makes may day.0

Because too many people in my family either have or have died of heart disease. Cardio cardio cardio!

I workout cuz I want to be strong. Lifting heavy boosts my confidence and it makes it so I look good naked.0

#1. It's helping me lose fat and build muscle.
#2. I want to be STRONG. Not strong for a girl, just super strong.
#3. I want to be able to defend myself if needed and kick some major a**.

I workout because I can't stand that pooch at the top of my nylons, above my bra strap, or under my armpits.
I want to be that girl that someone looks at and goes, "DAMN!"0 -
Because I want my kids, especially my pre-teen daughter, to be proud of her mom and have a healthy, positive outlook on exercise. Too many young girls have self-esteem issues because they're taught they need to be thinner, instead of being encouraged to embrace their own bodies through fitness. I want her to love her shape, bootie and all, just like I do0

I like the way it makes me feel the day AFTER. The sore muscles. The abundance of energy (I crash the day of a workout but the day after I feel energetic).0

:bigsmile: I work out because it gives me time to think and makes me feel so much better.
Also, it is the only time that I spend on ME and ME alone. No work, no family...etc..0 -
Because it's improving my stamina, and it's great for my mental health0

I have found the iron to be my greatest friend

Because if I don't I'll wake up fat tomorrow. At least that's what I tell myself on days I don't really feel like going to the gym.0

I started working out, because diet alone won't cut it when you want to lose weight and get healthy!! I continue to exercise because a good workout makes me feel great and I love the things my new body can do. :-)0

Also to be a better surfer, rock climber, hiker... all the activities that I enjoy. And to be more functional... you never know when you might have to run a fair distance or pick up something heavy and I don't want to be limited by my lack of fitness.0 -

I work out because I never regret working out.
I work out to burn calories.
I work out to shape my body the way I want it.
I work out because I want to be smokin hot.
Also I'm vain as hell and give no schits about it.0 -

To look good
To feel good
So I can eat ALL the food!!!!!0 -

I love being able to lift and.or move heavy things myself without help. i had stopped lifting weights and i forgot how much i loved it! i also lift to get stronger and be able to do better push ups. nothing like a few correct pushups0
