Bruce Lee and a guy practising his golf swing next to a Squat Rack.
This gym. Avoid.0 -
I love the guy practicing his golf swing in the background. Hilarious.0

I didn't even see that!
I want to punch everyone in this gym now!0 -
My guess is a ton bro, you see how big that guy is right? Ask him for some tips on how you can get huge like him!! Lol0
-
Only if you do it in the curl rack0

A good deadlift would work nearly all the muscles he's trying to engage here far more effectively and with a far smaller douche quotient.0

I see winning a potential $5000 if I can get on tape when the arm plates fold sideways and he comes tumbling down in pain.
Is AFV still on actually?0 -
Oppa Gangnam Style!0

But isn't douche quotient an important part of exercise?0 -

However, the douche quotient of deadlifts could easily be increased by shouting "Light Weight!" during each rep and slamming the bar to the ground.0 -

Thanks for clearing that up! Whew0 -
I like the bumblebee track suit...:noway:0

You know that there's some dude out of frame patiently waiting for push-up guy to finish so that he can LIFT those weights. :-/0

combined with at least 16g of a quality monohydrate creatine, dosed every two hours your results would be epic.0

The logic, and fashion sense, defy me!!
I am rather annoyed that my gym does not have hex plates, otherwise I would be all over this!0 -
This has to be a joke right? This guy isn't serious...0

I am sure there is a way you can work out how to use the tug toner at the same time.....or at least superset them!0 -
Looks alright to me.
It's just a funky version of doing an incline push up, with emphasis on core stabilisation.
The guy in the background could be doing a woodchopper but that...that's...a........stretch.0 -
Looks like Bruce Leroy from The Last Dragon - wouldn't mess with him.
I like how all the other weights are properly racked - definitley not my gym. My gym has an unwritten requirment that no equal size weight can occupy the same post.0 -

That color excites your muscles so that they get bigger a lot faster.0 -

Actually, black and yellow are my favourite cycling kit colours and it is a fact that they make me ride faster...0 -

I see guys doing this all the time at the gym. Maybe I'm the loser for just standing patiently between sets???0 -
The funny thing is, I saw an older gentleman at my gym today doing the golf swing action just like the guy in the back of the photo and while I *thought* I was suppressing a laugh, I managed to let out a little giggle and made my trainer turn around to see what I was looking at. We both just smiled and shook our heads. At least it makes for some entertaining rest times.0

I have no words for this. I just don't get it.0

New Crossfit WOD maybe?0

Winning! (Was the first thing that came to mind)
I would fall on my face attempting this.0 -
I see weird stuff in the gym almost every day - maybe not this weird. The thing that I find interesting is that most of the time it seems like the trainers are introducing this weird stuff. Today I saw someone lying down, face up, with both feet in a sling about four inches off the ground and the person was doing some kind of bench press. I have no idea what this is about - it just seems weird - but there was the trainer making sure she was doing it "right." I have to admit, this is not all trainers - it seems like a minority of them ask for their clients to do this weird stuff.0
