But no one cared because I haven't lost 100lbs in 7 weeks or anything outrageous like that. But this thread is for anyone who has noticed small changes to their body so far and are proud!


I've been eating healthy and I'm on day 8 of insanity and I feel like I can see small changes

    Are the pictures not working? :/ and thank you. I'm trying but it's hard when I think I'm the only one who sees the small changes haha

    small changes add up to big success :)

    the flickr images seem to be out of bandwidth or something. it has an area for the image but claims it is temporarily unavailable

    Can't see the pictures, but nothing wrong with being proud of your progress regardless of how many pounds it is

    Can't see the images...but I can tell you look friggen hawt by the profile picture. So you should definitely be proud

    Just guessing here, but perhaps one was taken with the same fancy contraption that led to the profile pic with the STNAIG shirt, and the other was not.

    If that is not the reason, then I'm gonna have to say, temporary tattoo or Photoshop.

    I think if you look her shirt is not as high up in the after pic.

    I think you can see quite a difference.
