30 Day Shred + other workouts

I see tons of posts of people doing 30 Day Shred and showing their results. I'm wondering how many people do the 30DS in conjunction with other workouts (running for example).

  • Im currently on day 11 of the 30 day shred, and I do 60 minutes on the elliptical everyday. I think I MAY be seeing something; but im a binge eater, so I usually undo all my hard earned work :(
