Achieved my First Target ! BA pic !

Hello All ,

Just want to share the good news ! I have achieved my first target - 17 kgs down !

All happened in last 5 months and because of 3 things :
1) 3 days running (Wed- 5km, Fri- 10 km, Sun - 15 km)
2) 3 days weight training (Tue, Thu, Sat)
3) Counting calories every day om www.myfitnesspal.com. Please note not dieting at all, just to keep track of calories and have 7500 cal (= 1kg) burn in 2 weeks !
