Just trying to have some visual image of meals that are between 300 to 400 calories. Please if possible show the exact portion size.

For breakfast, about 2 cups of Fiber One Cereal and 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk comes to about 300 calories. Plus you'll be reeeeally full from all the wonderful Fiber.0

It's cottage cheese with strawberries.
120 gram of cottage cheese and about 200 gram of strawberry.
166 calories, 21 gram of protein, 1 fat, 29 carbs (all from strawberries).
It's easy and tasty. You can add Splenda but I didn't do it

I took the frozen strawberries from the freezer last night before going to bed. The strawberries get warm and soft during the night
I also do it with frozen cherries, it's my favorite breakfast.0 -

1/2 Cup Black Beans: 120 cals
1/2 Cup Corn: 60
2ish Cups Romaine Lettuce: 20 Cal
4 Tablespoon Pico De Gallo (Jalapeno, Tomato, Onion, Pablano) : 10 Calories
1/4th an Avacado: 60 Calories
Tortilla Strips: 35 Cals
1 OZ Southwest Dressing: 50 Cals or you can just use lime juice or hot sauce.
Squeeze of Siracha: 5 Cals
All the calories are from memory so the cont may not be exact but it's pretty close. And between the fiber in the beans and the healthy fats in the avacado you'll be full for hours!0 -

This is 2 BLT homemade sandwiches, that are just 288 calories both. I like them for a weekend breakfast. They can go to 400 if adding avocado. I love them with avocado (spread on the bread), but I didn't found avocado this week.
It really depends on the ingredients, but you can always try lower calorie bread or less fat bacon to get it in your desired range.

This came out at 481 calories (so make it a slightly smaller portion (It was the onions that really pushed it up, take them out and we're back to a smidge above 400):
Chicken and ham stir fry, with Shirataki noodles:
And yes, that is a full size dinner plate - can of coke for comparison of size.

Very low calorie (114 or so for a big bowl):
Caesin protein powder made up with 100ml water and frozen ice or frozen squash.
Tastier with a thicker consistency:
Protein powder made up with 100ml skimmed milk and 150-200g of frozen fruit - thicker and no icey lumps*.
Very tasty, makes over a litre for a smidge over 100 calories.
*Though if you get the ice just before it's properly frozen, it helps.0 -

Very tasty stuff - well recommended.
Note that it does have to be Caesin - I use ON as recommended by others so know it works.
Vanilla flavour mixes with most things, or use chocolate mixed with cherries or 'summer fruits'.
Packs of frozen berries can be bought cheaper than fresh around here (presumably because of no issues with storage etc), so it works out nicely. But also used satsumsas, lemons, grapefruit and berries all got fresh then frozen.0 -
