These are just under 400 calories
    salad.jpg

1/2 Cup Black Beans: 120 cals
    1/2 Cup Corn: 60
2ish Cups Romaine Lettuce: 20 Cal
4 Tablespoon Pico De Gallo (Jalapeno, Tomato, Onion, Pablano) : 10 Calories
    1/4th an Avacado: 60 Calories
    Tortilla Strips: 35 Cals
1 OZ Southwest Dressing: 50 Cals or you can just use lime juice or hot sauce.
    Squeeze of Siracha: 5 Cals

All the calories are from memory so the cont may not be exact but it's pretty close. And between the fiber in the beans and the healthy fats in the avacado you'll be full for hours!
