Mine...

1. zumba. never.

2. crossfit. dying to try it.

    Lol.. you know I do Zumba...any kind of dance that is..HAHA

    I don't think I have any that I'm not willing to try..

    I wanna try these:

    1) Yoga

    I won't do burpees. I'm pretty sure I'd give myself a black eye with my own knee.

    I would love to do those flying trapeze exercises where you are hitched in.

    I always wanted to try Zumba - have been to two classes and it is intense.

    Not tried Crossfit yet, but I may sign up for it.

    Yoga was on my list and it is now on my 'never again' list.

    They have recently added a retro Step Class - there is no way I am doing that one though.....
    Also the swimming pool based classes do not appeal to me at all...
  • 1. Swimming. I know how to swim, and I've been swimming in the ocean and in pools and stuff, but for exercise? No thanks.
    2. I would love to take a specialized dance fitness class...I do Zumba and hiphop, but I'd love to take an African one or a Brazilian one.

    Want to try = Krav Maga

    And babe, not sure why you want to try crossfit so badly when the routines you come up with are worse!

    ( i watched a pilates class and got the giggles. im sure theyd kick me out. im entirely too silly for all that zen baloney)

    because--some of the WODs just look like they kick butt. I want to FEEL the intensity of a room filled with crossfit-ers!

    NEVER: loads of star jumps. Thanks to mfp they have associations in my mind with sad, young girls trying to exercise themselves into minus net calories :cry:

    WANT TO: well, it was Zumba, and I love that, tried Spinning, but my thighs say 'No!!!', but in the long run I want to lift free weights, just my one attempt at asking about it at a gym had me lead towards the machines and told to do low weight high rep :devil:

    2. MMA - I reeally, really, really, very, very badly want to join an MMA gym and learn proper MMA technique from Muay-Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, etc. It's on my To-Do list.

    I will never do zumba. I'd end up punching some lady because the room is so packed.
    I see all the guys at the gym peeking in looking all the women shake their butts. I even saw one guy recording a zumba class. GROSS.

    I am dying to try crossfit and even want to do some yoga.

    I was scared to try African dance, but I love it!

    For me,
    1. Long distance running, also found spinning dull and tough on my anatomy.
    2. Would try most other workouts, especially anything dance/yoga/weights related.

    I will never do dance or choreographed workouts. They annoy me. I hate the music, I don't like to dance, I'm not comfortable around people. Blah.

    I would love to get back into boxing but my endurance right now is prohibiting that. I really can't wait to be able to do it again.

    2. Yoga. Used to do it, but can't find a teacher here that I like.

    Never: Yoga. I'd simply fart too much, and I'm still a 12 year old boy when it comes to that. Laughing for hours.

    Want: Spin class. I ride all summer, really should do this so I can keep up my stamina.

    Zumba is on my never list.

    As strange as it sounds, they have pole dancing workout classes here, and from what I understand it really is quite a workout. I may or may not be looking in to one. I get exercise, my husband gets entertainment, it's a win-win situation. I'd also like to try a Boot Camp course.
