This is so amazing, and it tastes so good (:
I used Bisquick you can make your own pancake batter, or just use what you usually do.
Calorie count:
Without the butter this recipe is ONLY 63 calories a cupcake!!!!
Isn't that awesome? I'm not exaggerating, i calculated the recipe exactly with MFP recipe creator.
Yields: 18 cupcakes
Ingredients.
2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
2 in a half cups of milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons syrup
12 pieces of bacon
optional- add some butter for that buttery taste as well
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Mix all this together, and then place in your cupcake tins, top off with some syrup on the top and some bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes on your top rack in your oven.
They should be a golden brown when you take them out.
Enjoy (:
P.S. Place them in your fridge after they cool a little bit to help them stay fresh longer, wrap them in a paper towel the next morning and place them in your microwave for about 30 seconds and your good to go. (:
