Hi! I'm 18 and I am also a college student. I would really like to have more friends on here who are similar in age/also in college. I started out 135 pounds in September, and I haven't weighed myself since the lifestyle change. My goal is to be 95 pounds, and I probably have about 25-30 pounds to go.
A little bit about my routine:
I try to avoid dairy, soy, and other packaged items. I've given up dining hall pizza, ice cream and dessert. I've also started diet challenges: drinking more water, etc.
I started off doing the elliptical daily and I stopped that because it got boring. I did the 30 day shred, and am currently doing a combination of ZuzkaLight videos and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.
In about a month or so, I would like to start Insanity! I would love if I could have buddy to start with me!0 -
