Love it! By this, I should lose 1.6 as opposed to MFP's calculation of 1.4. WOO HOO!!! :) Changed my goals. :drinker:

Interesting - it said my calorie intake should be 1200 cals per day and I'd lose 1.4lbs per week. MFP has me at 1700+ to lose 2lbs per week [plus exercise cals]. All this info can be confusing sometimes.

    It broke it down as:

    Breakfast 265 cals
    Lunch 265 cals
    Dinner 320 cals

    3 snacks at 110 cals

That seem SO low. What I liked about the site though was it had a lot of serving suggestions - definitely bookmarked!

This boosted my self esteem today  In order for me to be at 18% body fat I need to lose 13 pounds, which is what I have mine set at. Also, I can't lose 2 pounds a week without starving myself  Anyway, cool site, thanks.

I used the calculator and there was a caloric intake difference of 300 calories per day. Looks like a good tool.

I think any calculator just gives you an idea. You have to incorporate metabolism, health issues, etc to get an accurate number. Go with MFP. I just thought this was cool. This one to me I could eat an extra 120 calories a day to lose 1 lbs a week.

I liked how it gave me my ratio and what weight I need to be to get to my goal of 16% body fat. =)
