Very easy, very low cal soup

You need:

1 1/2 cups Bird's Eye Thai Stir-fry
1 cup beef broth
Taco seasoning to flavor

Cook stir-fry in the microwave. Heat the broth and taco seasoning over the stove. Then add the stir-fry and cook about 30 seconds longer. Pour in a bowl and enjoy! It has about 90 calories. But it depends on what kinds of ingredients you use.
