3,500+ Calories Burned Challenge: Mon, 10/12- Sun, 11/18

Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    Mon: calories burned - 205 (Jillian Michael 30 day shred, day 1)
    Tues: calories burned -702 (40 min elliptical, 20 bicycle)
    Wed: calories burned -0.
    Thur: calories burned 1156 (70 minutes elliptical, 20 bicycle, 10 belly dance )
    Fri: calories burned 1004 (70 minutes elliptical, 10 bicycle)
    Sat: calories burned 0.
    Sun: calories burned 1044 (66 minutes elliptical, 20 bicycle)

    I am SO in for this.. I just wish I'd seen it sooner! Starting mine for tomorrow but I am going to "practice" by seeing how many cals I can burn today, lol.

    Outstanding idea! I was just saying I need to work out a minimum of 4 days this week. This sounds great! I usually burn off about 800 calories in one workout, so my goal is to get on that treadmill every day this week :) Here we go!!!!
