Ok, so I haven't lost any weight this week, BUT i'm trying to look at the bigger picture and see that I'm already 2 lbs away from my goal and I still have like 6 weeks left. Still, not losing any weight this week was depressing. :grumble:0

Checking in. Yesterday was my 10 year anniversary and we went out to an Italian restaurant. It was soooo good, but I have been at 188 lbs. since the 23rd of May, following my calories very closely and hoped that eating extra calories would shock my body into dropping again, but it didn't. I was at 188.5 this morning. And I didn't go overboard with my food and left 1/2 of it on the plate. I also walked around the river walk for about 1 1/2 hours afterward. Ugghhh!

I worked really hard this week, counting my calories and working out Monday thru Friday. I really wanted to have lost 2 full lbs. I lost 1.4 lbs. I am still happy to be making progress.
