    Favorite vegetable is spinach (I eat it every day).

    Both are nutritional gold mines (as are all fruits and veggies). :smile:

    pineapples are the top of my fruit list. my father in law grows them, and they are sweeter than any Dole will ever shove in a can.

    Carrots are my veg. They are like candy to me, especially if they are cut up and sauteed in a little butter and honey. ooooo they are so good that way, and even more so if you add tarragon.

    love cherries and been eating them every day. i buy the frozen ones when they are out of season. i put them in greek nonfat plain yogurt . its like a super big treat for me

    veggies? hmm well it depends on my mood but tomatoes are my favorite ...love red bell pepper ,onions, steamed baby carrots,

    I just recently tried roasted delicata squash and fell in love with it. I've been baking it and packing it in my lunches. My favorite fruit is bing cherries. But I like most berries actually.
