I'm eating a grilled chicken sandwich made with a sandwich thin and 2% cheese. (300 calories)

I usually have a homemade breakfast but I didn't have time last night to prepare it so today I had a Jimmy Dean D-lite's Turkey Sausage Breakfast Bowl (230 cals). It's SO very good!!0

I had 2 scrambled eggs with a little bit of milk & cheese stirred in, 1 cup of canteloupe, the last bit of some artisan bread with cream cheese on top, and a glass of milk.0

Fiber one pancakes. Simple. Just mix with water. I make the 2 serving size and add a mashed banana to it and sprinkle w/walnuts and a drizzle of sugar free pancake syrup. Doesn't take any longer than eggs & toast to make, but gets in a fruit and keeps me full to lunch. Then there's some for even a quicker breakfast left for another day.0

1/4 cup of egg whites with 3 pieces of organic sundried tomatoes, 1 tbsp of reduced fat feta cheese, 1 cup baby spinach mixed in, and 1 slice of whole wheat bread. And of course coffee.0
