Sadly, I am having a flare up. First time in about 8 years. It's tough to not let it depress me. I already cut gluten and am on a very strict diet. I know the root is not only diet. It's also stress and spiritual issues in my life. Relationship trouble coming back to visit again. As much as this sucks and challenges me, I will over come this again as I have before.

    I have also recently seen lots of studies about nicotine helping with UC. Strange but google it and you will see lots of studies. I am thinking about trying it out of desperation.
