This is more of a blog, but she has GREAT low fat, healthy recipes in there and a lot of them.
She's studying to be a RD, so she's very health and fitness conscious!

SkinnyTaste is not anything special. The calorie counts are pretty similar to those of any other other meal.

Do you mean you want sites that show the nutritional information for each recipe? Eating Well and the Cooking Light recipes on MyRecipes.com are good for that.

My favorite place is allrecipes.com. They have a healthy section and a section under ingredient for Vegetarian from which I have added quite a lot of recipes.

    Also, give food.com a try.

Search for the following on food.com:
Mustard-Crusted Roast New Potatoes With Shallots and Garlic

This recipe is hands down the BEST healthy potato recipe you will ever try. I often reduce the olive oil called for in the recipe by half and it is still just amazing. I am always asked for this recipe when I serve it. I rarely have shallots either and just use sweet onion. The lady who submitted this recipe goes by the username French Tart. Her recipes are incredible. Some aren't so healthy and some are easily adaptable. Her recipes are just very impressive.

Don't forget foodnetwork.com too. They have a healthy eating tab at the top of their page. Ina's Rosemary White Bean Soup is phenomenal and extremely healthy.
