I have my 7th half (I think...losing count) in less than 4 weeks. After that, i'm going to take it down a notch for the winter, then ramp up in March with a Hot Chocolate 15K and back to the halfs in May (OC Half).0

Running a 15K on Sunday, then a couple 5Ks before year's end. My big goal right now is to run 3 half marathons next year and to run under 1:45 in them all. My last was 1:48. . . .I think I can shave at least 3 minutes. :-)0

Pretty much to make my 30s better than my 20s
My kids, so I wont' have to tell them NO cause I'm too big for the rides, planes, hugs, stairs etc.
Also the zombie apocalypse, can't be too safe.0 -

OOH and the zombie apocalypse...I just need to up my endurance!!
This winter I plan to start a running regime (I'm waiting on my treadmill delivery), I'm hoping to be in great shape the TO's Zombie Run, a Colour Run, and a Tough Mudder0 -
Started training for the Crossfit games. We'll see if i'm ready by next year.0
