Started Level 1 yesterday and never done it before so i'm looking forward to seeing the results. Had my Boyfriend and our flatmate do it with me,with a combination of tinned fruit, tomatoes and beans as weights, we were dying half way through just from laughing so hard!0

woah there, done day 2 last night and i can bearly walk today only level 1! shocking! Im also very happy to see that since starting on Tuesday I have miraculously lost 1.3kg!!! I dont understand it but not complaining
