Whats everyones guilty pleasure?

Mine is Coca-cola and Hershey. :/ I am trying to kick my 'addiction' so I can gain healthy weight and not 'fat' cut it is hard. I basically have cola in my veins. and trying to cut back isnt easy. Whats everyone else's???

    Carbs, I hate to say. I also like those stouffer's mac and cheese meals. but i have to cut those out.

    Mine is Pepsi. I have switched to Diet Pepsi but am not enjoying it. People tell me after a while I will not notice the difference.

    My other craving is bakery goods. Damn....

    No worries, you'll get used to it. After a while you won't be able to stand the regular stuff anymore. Trust me. :)

    Cheese and crackers. And not that stupid low-fat cheese that doesn't have any taste -- but good, solid, real cheese. The cracker part causes no guilt. It's the cheese that packs a punch.

    Definately red wine and cheese. I swear I could just sit down and eat a wheel of smoked gouda. I actually still do both, in moderation. I use a little cheese on almost all my meals and still go through about a bottle of wine a week. Moderation makes it so you don't go insane :wink:

  • pumpkin cheesecake. i usually only eat it twice a year.. on thanksgiving and christmas... not sure how im going to handle it this year... will prob work a couple bites into my cals for the day:)... thank goodness it only happens twice a year;)

    I dont know ...im a Diet Pepsi drinking (my mom got me addicted to it! ) and i can totally tell a difference

    Root beer and burritos! I could eat a really good bean and cheese burrito every day of the week! I also used to drink about to LARGE fountain sodas per day. Now I'm down to a regular size twice a week. It's my treat to myself.
