Should I do it over?

I started the C25K program last week. I got through week one ok. I was still breathing hard through my running sets but I got through them and didn't need to stop. I started week two today and really struggled. I got through it and didn't stop my running but I was breathing so hard and barely able to keep going my legs felt so heavy.

I am wondering how will I know if I should repeat a week, or if I am ready to move on? Is it ok to be breathing heavy if i can keep going and get through the whole run? Or if this is happening should I start the week over and keep doing it until I can finish it no problem?

I am confused about this.

    You should listen to your body and don't do anything to hurt yourself, but it sounds like your just pushing yourself. I am on week 5 of C25K and I can tell you that your body will amaze you if you give it the chance. It is going to be hard, and you are going to want to stop...just keep going! and good luck!

    Try going slower. Maczope is right-your body will amaze you and you'll get through C25K and wonder what you thought was so tough to begin with. You don't even need to repeat a full week-you could always re-do week 2 day 1 or week 1 day 3
