Trying to find a free source on the internet showing me weight lifting exercises for the whole body, especially with pictures showing how they are done. I have done weights in the past so know basic technique but it was also all light lifting 50 million reps. Most all I can find is woman lifting 5 pound weights and I know heavy lifting is better. I would like to get a personal trainer but money is a factor right now. So does anyone have links? Thanks!

a great resource is the book New Rules of Lifting for Women, (also has a male and ab book. But in his book he has pictures of how to do certain exercises, Check it out at your local bookstore or library.
also on some of the fitness sites if you put in the name of the exercise they ahve a video on how to do it properly0 -

Could also try full body workout like 5x5:-
Choose a program Starting Strength or Strong Lifts, these are beginner programmes and where you need to start.
http://startingstrength.com/ - READ THE BOOK!!!

THanks, I will take a look through those sites when I have more time!0

exrx.net is my favorite. And since it uses animated gifs to show the exercise, it works on iPhones when I'm in the gym!0
