Got Suppliment Anyone??

As I'm sure we all know there are TONS of suppliments out there all claiming to help aid in a million different things. Everything from meal replacements to vitamins to thermogenics. I would love to hear what suppliments if any you use and what is your opinion on them and if you have had any results with any?

I use protein supplements because I find it difficult to reach my goal without it. Not necessary for someone smaller or not so concerned with their gym performance I would think. Beyond that, I don't really advocate any supplements in particular.
I think most people on a restricted diet of any sort should probably take a multivitamin as an intermediary while they adjust to their new food choices, and learn how to get the most bang for their buck from their calories.0 -

I am trying to keep my protien higher but I don't think so high to as where I need protien suppliments but they are very helpful. I'm just trying to slim down and tone up. lol.0 -
Hullo!
I take;
A daily Multivitamin,
500mg of Vitamin C,
1000mg of Omega 3,
An Omega 3/6/9 supplement
Every few days I have a Ginseng supplement
Occasionally a Vitamin B supplement (B1,B2, B6 & B12) Good for feeling revitalised.
Plus whey protein shakes.
The results are I feel upbeat, more enthusiastic and more energised.0
